Hiring CSR & Verifier in Rawalpindi

AZ Global is seeking motivated and experienced Verifiers and Self Verifiers to join our Auto Insurance Campaign team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification of client information accurately and efficiently as part of the Auto Insurance Campaign.
- Perform self-verification tasks when required, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Engage with warm leads provided by the company to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed monthly targets and performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Verifier or in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or related industries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the assigned shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work in person at the designated location in Rawalpindi.
