Hiring Freshers For Call Center

We are currently conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Call Center Agent / Cold Caller / Sales Representative for a UK Energy Campaign at Maxim Global. The role is based near DHA Phase 1, Lahore, and involves working UK hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on engaging UK-based customers, promoting energy services, and driving sales through effective communication and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential UK customers as part of the energy campaign.
- Present and explain product offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear UK accent preferred.
- Prior experience working on UK Energy Campaigns or similar BPO sales campaigns is mandatory.
- Ability to work the specified UK shift hours (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telesales within a BPO environment will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be professionally dressed in smart casual or formal business attire for the interview.
- Salary package ranges from PKR 35,000 to 50,000 base, with additional uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, providing significant earning potential.
- Additional perks include a fuel allowance to support commuting expenses.

Candidates attending the walk-in interview are requested to bring at least two printed copies of their updated CV or resume. Original CNIC along with a copy is required for security entry and verification purposes.
