Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to generate qualified leads for US-based projects.
- Conduct live transfers and follow up with prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve lead generation strategies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation or telemarketing; 2 years preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both listening and speaking.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with USA time zones (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
- Access to necessary remote work equipment such as a laptop, Wi-Fi router, and headset with microphone.
