HIRING | RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – ASSISTANT MANAGER

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a Relationship Manager – Assistant Manager on behalf of a prominent organization in the Insurance and Financial Services sector. This full-time, in-person role is based in Rahim Yar Khan and offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management and corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum graduation qualification, with preference given to those holding a BBA or MBA in Sales and Marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Nawabshah market to expand the client base.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by implementing targeted sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to successful conversion and closure.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets to contribute to organizational goals.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring ongoing business development.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum graduation degree is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management, business development, or corporate sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle corporate accounts efficiently.
- Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
