Hiring Sales Closer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Closer to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound cold calling and digital marketing sales, particularly with US-based B2B clients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities, along with hands-on experience selling SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development services. The position offers a competitive salary with commission and is suited for professionals who have a proven track record in sales rather than entry-level applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, primarily in the US B2B market.
- Effectively communicate the value of digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and mentor sales agents to enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling and digital marketing sales.
- Demonstrated experience working with US B2B clients.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience managing sales teams or agents to boost performance.
- Hands-on experience selling SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development services.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates; proven calling and closing ability is essential.
- Salary range: PKR 80,000 to 100,000 plus commission.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, aligning with US business hours.
