Hiring Verifiers & Closers | Final Expense Campaign

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Verifiers and Closers to join its expanding Final Expense (FE) campaign. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance for final expense cases.
- Engage with clients effectively to close sales and finalize agreements in the Final Expense campaign.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently to qualify for performance-based incentives.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and meet campaign goals.
- Work night shifts as required, adhering to company policies and schedules.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to engage and influence customers.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Ability to work five days a week on-site in Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in sales or verification roles is an advantage.
