HIT Consultant

We are seeking a motivated HIT Consultant to join our team on-site in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT or HIT consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of healthcare technology and the ability to engage with healthcare organizations to understand their needs and recommend effective IT solutions. The position involves working evening hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 140,000+, depending on experience. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the IT and business requirements of healthcare organizations.
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate Healthcare IT solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct presentations, consultations, and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solutions align with client requirements.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities within the healthcare technology sector.
- Prepare proposals and other client-facing documentation.
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Healthcare IT.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Healthcare IT, HIT consulting, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of healthcare technology and IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience working with healthcare clients is preferred.
- Effective client relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
