Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet patients and visitors as they arrive at the complex
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
  • Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing support
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Empathetic and compassionate demeanor towards patients and their families
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus point.
