- Develop Agile based project model, scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, sprints, project schedules, work hours and resource planning on JIRA and provide bird’s eye view to portfolio managers about the scheduling of teams or team members.
- Help the Project Technical Leads to create and execute project plans, schedules, milestones and revising via approved change request when appropriate.
- Manage the scrum process with the coordination of Project Management team in Agile methodology.
- Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate/ schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Update project plans and reports including daily, weekly, quarterly progress reports and weekly updates.
- With Technical process engineering team, create and maintain comprehensive project engineering documentation.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Deliver effective internal and external communication, ensure transparency and disseminate information appropriately.
- Liaison with all directors, project coordinators and team members belonging from entire departments of the organization.
- Calculate uncertainty and risks at project planning stage by using risk matrix analytics.
- Design work break down (WBS) structures and their flowless implementation.
- Design KPIs for various roles and establish a robust project management architecture.
- Resolving the key issues and work conflicts between developers, directors and clients.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Submitting project deliverables, documentations and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Specifications:
- Prior experience of minimum 2 years as a Project Manager IT.
- BSC/BS/MBA/MS degree in computer science or project management or relevant.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban etc.
- Proven track record and high proficiency in JIRA.
- Exceptional skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD and XP etc.
- Highly Organized and self-starter.
- Proven track record of working as a SCRUM Master for SaaS products.
- Must be good in software architect and development solutions and helping the team in this regard.
- Good in using project management and engagement tools.
