Content Writer

This job role is highly responsible and move around with blinded fragments such as proof reading or content writing and another one is demonstration and communications with client on behalf of higher management. Proof reading comprises of reviewing and finalizing the critical content such as product reviews & description, business profiles and client data. Whereas, demonstration and communication involve direct connection with the clients for frequent business meetings, participation and coordination among activities.

Job Description:

Proof reading of high-sensitive content regarding product reviews, product descriptions and business drafts.
Strategic email drafts ensuring the intended meaning is correctly reflected to the client.
Coordinate with clients while initiating the project meetings (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.).
Communicate on behalf of office of the management.
Introducing team members during meeting, maintain necessary records and make log of all data and information by keeping in view the confidentiality.
Participate actively in reporting, meetings, briefings, discussions as required, to support CEO and directors.
Record “minutes of meeting” with stakeholders and share the necessary information when required.
Correspond, assimilate and record of all meetings detail and discussion, and sort out the required data whenever needed for future reference.
Edit and approve the content where seems necessary as per the business requirements to complete the final versions of the products, using company guidelines as a gauge.
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Assist in client relationship management.
Other tasks as assigned by the top management.

Specifications:

Prior experience of minimum 2 years in the same capacity or relevant.
BS/BBA/MBA degree from a reputed university.
North American or British accent of English is preferable.
Certification/diploma in English as Foreign Language is plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Teaching experience as an English Tutor is plus.
Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations;
Professional proof reading, copywriting and editing skills, including articles, reports, email, product reviews and press releases, etc.
Basic computer skills, especially email, spreadsheets, and presentation creation software.
Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers and clients.
Passionate, bold, energetic and quick learner.
