🚀 Remote Appointment Setter (Commission-Based) – UK Market
We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, self-motivated Appointment Setters to join us remotely. If you're great at starting conversations and building interest, this is a high-reward opportunity with uncapped commission.
About the Role
You'll be reaching out to prospects across the UK via DMs and email, sparking genuine conversations, and generating interested leads. Our team handles the closing and operations — your job is to open doors and get prospects excited to talk.
Responsibilities
- What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold outreach via Instagram DMs, email, and LinkedIn
- Craft and send personalized opener messages that spark curiosity and replies
- Qualify and nurture leads until they're ready to speak with our closing team
- Maintain a steady, consistent daily outreach volume
- What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — persuasive, natural, and personable
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently, remotely
- Prior experience in cold outreach, sales, or lead generation is a plus
- Familiarity with the UK market a bonus, not required
- Compensation
- 30% commission per closed client
