Trainee Mechanical Enginner

H&M Enterprises is seeking a motivated Trainee Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Trainee Mechanical Engineer will support the engineering department by assisting in the creation of detailed technical drawings and designs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The role involves involvement in quality control and testing procedures to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in mechanical engineering practices and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical work environment.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing and drafting detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation using CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Support machining and fabrication activities by understanding blueprints and engineering specifications.
Participate in quality control and testing procedures to verify the integrity and functionality of fabricated components.
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and team members to learn design and problem-solving techniques.
Contribute to ongoing projects by applying knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of design revisions, testing results, and project documentation.
Engage in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills and technical knowledge.
Help identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction in manufacturing and design workflows.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during hands-on manufacturing and testing tasks.
Continuously update skills related to software tools and mechanical engineering technologies.
