The Fit-Out Coordination Team (FCT) is a key department in the overall process of physical possession to operation and thereafter renovation of the premises.

  • Their role is that of the fit-out coordinator and he/she administrates the entire process of the occupant’s design and fit-out process
  • FCT at Goldcrest shall be working as the representatives of developers, property managers & owners for the management of the premises design and fit out execution, from notification of activated occupancy to satisfactory completion of the respective fit out works within the timeframe stipulated in the agreement and in compliance with the policies.
  • Inspect shell and core premise, verify accuracy of Developer’s base built;
  • Follow up with necessary actions to fulfil Developer’s obligation of unit’s physical hand over;
  • To convene and conduct joint inspections for unit hand over to occupant;
  • To issue occupant with fit-out manual, LODs, relevant development/base build supporting documents for occupant’s design and application to building statutory authorities.
  • To manage the approval process of tenant’s design submittals with Occupant’s Design Teams- design review team, ensure timely turn-around time of design approvals and tenant’s timely submissions of design;
  • To keep and document all processes within a tenant fit out folders for official recording of all proceedings within the document controller’s record system; and more
