  • Our fast growing hospitality division requires an experienced F&B Operations manager for an upcoming fast casual Restaurant brand.
  • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record with multi unit management.

Responsibilities will include:-

  • Managing the overall business functions of the restaurants running such as financial planning, supervising employees, maintaining sanitation and food safety and quality standards 
  • Handling human resources and accounting processes such as hiring and payroll
  • Monitoring adherence to all laws and safety guidelines along with analyzing and evaluating costs.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the guest experience 
  • The position will entail extensive training and development of new employees and a focus of systems development.
  • A candidate with experience at restaurant or fast food chain will be preferred.
