1. Overseeing the comprehensive management of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) development, encompassing feasibility assessments, budgeting, planning, execution, and monitoring.
2. Developing and updating master plans for existing projects, considering ongoing expansions and future initiatives.
3. Defining a comprehensive civil list of activities, deliverables, and issuance dates in accordance with contract requirements and time schedules.
4. Providing engineering input to drafting team members to facilitate the creation of design drawings, bills of material ('BOM's), and other essential design documentation.
5. Applying lean 6-sigma tools and methods to achieve cost-effective and well-balanced designs.
6. Develop and execute strategies for long-term company productivity enhancement, implementing the next year's business plan to fulfill company goals.
7. Conducting necessary mechanical, structural, or civil analyses to support new designs or improvements to existing designs.
8. Driving effective solutions for emergent issues with an appropriate sense of urgency.
9. Ensuring the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfillment of project quality requirements, contractual obligations, and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) commitments.
10. Calculating and monitoring performance indicators.
11. Managing any modifications to the contract scope and issuing trend notices when necessary.
12. Coordinating with the CEO and Chinese GM, G. MNT Division Head to address project requirements.
13. Overseeing general maintenance work in existing factories.
14. Reporting progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
15. Mentoring, coaching, and training staff in work processes and values to ensure consistency across projects.
