1. To ensure that all product realization processes are carried out as per defined work instructions.
2. To ensure that all quality assurance parameters are followed on the production floor.
3. To inspect first sample at all stages of product realization.
4. To implement process monitoring tools and to maintain its record.
5. Ensure no vendor rejection comes to the production floor.
6. To inspect first sample at all stages of product realization (2 times in a day 08:30 am and 02:30 pm).
7. To take online decisions for rework & rejection.
8. Identification of reasons for rework and rejection on the production floor.
9. Removal of rejection & rework from all stages of product realization on a daily basis.
10. Ensure 100% report submission on a daily basis.
11. Identification of areas for improvement and potential problems on the production floor.
12. Preparation of weekly and monthly process control reports.
13. Implementation of identified solutions for control of rework & rejection.
14. Ensure calibration of tools and gauges used for production processes.
15. To maintain an adequate inventory of inspection tools and gauges.
16. Custody of master gauges & instruments used for calibration.
17. Identification of training needs on the production floor.
18. To complete tasks assigned by GM / manager Quality Assurance.
19. Promote continual improvement in all processes and products.
20. Make Action Plan of the Process Problems & ensure no complaints come from the market related to it.
