Architect

HOC Floors is seeking a skilled Architect with at least two years of experience to lead architectural projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate effectively manages design processes, including creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring that projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards. This role involves overseeing a small team of two professionals, coordinating workflows, and collaborating closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. The Architect at HOC Floors plays a critical role in project management, balancing creative design with sustainable practices and construction documentation. The position demands proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture Software, alongside strong capabilities in site analysis and sustainable design principles. The Architect ensures that all project phases align with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company goals, while fostering an organized, efficient, and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through construction documentation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Develop and produce detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and related software.
Oversee and guide a team of two staff members, assigning tasks, providing support, and reviewing their work.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and address any challenges during project development.
Perform site analyses and incorporate findings into the design process to enhance functionality and sustainability.
Implement sustainable design strategies that meet environmental standards and improve project outcomes.
Prepare comprehensive project management plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and reporting updates as necessary.
Ensure all project deliverables comply with industry codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Maintain organization and documentation for all project-related materials, including drawings, permits, and correspondence.
Continuously update knowledge of architectural trends, tools, and technologies to apply best practices in projects.
