a) QC officer for Factory based at Islamabad high way.
A quality assurance (QA) or quality control inspector works for a company to ispect,test and sample marterials, products for defects and any deviations from specification specially furniture related production.
1:Prepare quality inspection report of items.
2: Implement th QA/QC management system at factory.
3: Ensure production as per standard and non standard design.
4: To develop and foster quality culture and zero defect objective.
5:Coordinate with Quality Manager/Production Manager with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non- destructive testing on site.
6: Discuss inspection results with those responsible for productes, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
7: Maintain record of production conditions and recipes.
8: Prepare evaluation charts for different types of raw materials.
9: Coordinate with SCM regarding the orders and stock availability.
10: Coordinate with internal departments regardingte the smooth business operations.
11: Coordinate with SCM for production of non-standard items.
12: Preparation of monthly quality reports and submit to CEO.
