The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in childcare and is committed to supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of children. This position requires a responsible individual who can manage household organization, assist with daily routines, and deliver attentive care to children within the organization's schedule. The Nanny plays a critical role in fostering a nurturing setting that promotes health, safety, and well-being. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with the organization's team. Prior experience in environments such as orphanages, schools, daycare centers, or non-governmental organizations is highly valued. The role demands a patient and trustworthy individual who upholds stringent safety and hygiene standards while effectively managing meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry tasks. This full-time position does not involve managing a team but focuses on delivering direct hands-on care and household support.
Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and compassionate care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional support throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment to promote health and safety standards within the household.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children, adhering to dietary and health requirements.
  • Manage household tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to support a comfortable living environment.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to enhance children's learning, creativity, and development.
  • Communicate effectively with the organization's staff and caregivers to coordinate daily schedules and share observations regarding the childrens needs and progress.
  • Adhere strictly to the organization's schedules and policies, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
  • Monitor children's behavior and health, promptly reporting any concerns or emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
  • Assist children with personal hygiene and dressing as needed, fostering independence while ensuring safety.
  • Support childrens social development by encouraging positive interactions and respectful behavior.
  • Apply first aid and safety procedures when necessary, maintaining readiness for emergencies.
  • Respect childrens confidentiality and dignity at all times, building trust and a positive rapport.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the household by collaborating with other staff members and participating in team activities as required.
