We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Cook to join a private household on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven experience in home cooking, demonstrating the ability to prepare fresh, hygienic, and flavorful meals tailored to the family’s preferences. This role requires a responsible individual who can manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals in accordance with the family’s dietary preferences and requirements.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas at all times.
- Plan daily menus and organize meal preparation to align with the household’s routine.
- Ensure proper storage of all food items to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
- Manage kitchen inventory and notify the family when groceries or ingredients need replenishment.
- Adhere to food safety standards and operate kitchen equipment responsibly.
- Perform routine cleaning of the kitchen, including utensils and appliances, to ensure they are well-maintained.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a Home Cook within a private household setting.
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of meals on a daily basis.
- Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety protocols, and correct food storage practices.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-mannered with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage kitchen tasks, and follow household instructions accurately.
- Physically fit to handle daily cooking duties and flexible to meet the household’s working schedule.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time position within a private residence.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000.
- Work location is in person, within the private household.
