We are seeking a skilled and dependable Home/Family Chef to join a private family residence located in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. This role involves catering to the daily culinary needs of a family of six as well as 15 household staff members, ensuring consistent taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals for approximately six family members and 15 household staff, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Demonstrate excellent command of Pakistani/Desi cuisine, maintaining authentic flavors and presentation.
- Prepare Chinese cuisine, which is highly preferred, and be capable of cooking Continental and basic international dishes as needed.
- Plan daily and weekly menus tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage at all times.
- Manage kitchen operations effectively with the assistance of two kitchen helpers responsible for preparation, cleaning, and other kitchen duties.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and trustworthiness while adhering to household protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef in a reputable household, hotel, or restaurant environment.
- Strong expertise in Pakistani/Desi cuisine with the ability to maintain consistent taste and quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen staff efficiently.
- Trustworthy, well-mannered, and professional demeanor with references from previous employers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge and experience in Chinese cuisine will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to prepare Continental and basic international dishes is desirable.
