We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Homeroom Teacher for Grade I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong passion for teaching and at least one year of relevant experience. This role requires a committed individual who understands the importance of nurturing young learners and creating a positive classroom environment. The position is full-time, with working hours from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, and is based at our PECHS Block 2 campus. The role is strictly in-person to ensure effective student engagement and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Grade I students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Manage the classroom environment to maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- At least one year of teaching experience, preferably with young children in early primary grades.
- Strong understanding of teaching principles and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work within the specified timings of 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience as a homeroom teacher or in a similar role is highly desirable.

- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000.
