This role involves handling live transferred calls from sales agents and converting interested customers into confirmed sales of home warranty services. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage live transferred calls from sales agents.
- Convert potential customers into confirmed sales by clearly communicating the value of home warranty plans.
- Explain the features, benefits, and coverage options of various home warranty plans in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering professional and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in closing sales, preferably in home warranty or final expense products.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to handle inbound transferred calls and guide customers through their purchasing decisions.
- Prior experience closing sales in a call center environment is essential.
