We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team, responsible for managing and enhancing system usability through clear understanding and development of user requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems in production meet user needs effectively and efficiently, contributing to overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Determine and develop user requirements for systems currently in production to maximize usability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed system specifications and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Monitor system functionality and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Document processes and updates clearly to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements for software or system development projects.
