- Gather, evaluate and visualize design requirements in collaboration with project managers.
- Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Complete understanding of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Create and design various materials for chatbot & help center answers to make it visually appealing and easy to understand.
- Ensure designs are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the chatbot & help center as well as creative guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple design specifications.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Have an aesthetic mindset, layout, color, font, suitable design style, good hand-drawing is an advantage.
- Have in-depth knowledge and proficient use of the latest technologies and software to produce content in a modern style.
- Have good communication skills, communicate well in English.
