One of the partners in the US of Horizon Technologies is looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
- Candidates should be able to handle the documentation and banking matters of the real estate market in the USA.
- Exposure to the USA real estate market is a huge plus
- To be successful in executive operations & administration, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.
- Candidates should always be prepared to take on the challenges thrown at them by the management and find timely solutions for them, a sharp, proactive, initiative-taking person willing to work in the best interest of the business.
- The candidate should be familiar with the loan documentation and other loan facilities' documentation and laws etc.
- The candidate must be familiar with the banking laws.
- Candidate should possess sound knowledge & experience of accounts & finance.
- Candidates must be proficient with MS Office and Office 365, Internet, and Email usage to accomplish general office tasks and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Candidates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting with solicitors and clients to discuss the case and advocacy proceedings.
- Interpreting and managing legal briefs.
- Conducting legal research pertaining to the case.
- Writing legal opinions for use in court.
- Advising clients and preparing legal documents.
- Representing clients in court.
- Presenting arguments and cross-examining witnesses.
- Writing and presenting case summaries.
- Negotiating settlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws degree.
- Current legal experience as a Barrister.
- Licensed to practice law in the State.
- Advanced legal research skills.
- Knowledge of the judicial system and court practices.
- Previous experience providing advocacy in court.
- Excellent oral presentation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Note:
The timing of this job will be third shift night (7:00 PM till 4:00 AM) Mon to Fri.
The Candidate must be fluent in spoken English.
