Horizon Technologies is looking for a receptionist for one his US based partner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls as the first point of contact in a polite and friendly manner.
- Routing calls to the appropriate individual.
- Filter out unwanted sales calls.
- Take leads from potential commercial and residential customers, and input into web-based software for sales representatives.
- Provide automotive tinting quotes to customers over the phone.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- 2-3 Years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Strong phone skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Note:
- This is an onsite job and the timing of this job is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Candidate must be fluent in spoken English.
