Project Manager - Civil

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the execution and management of horticultural and civil works projects. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong project management skills and a solid engineering background, particularly in civil works and landscape development. The Project Manager must be PEC-registered and capable of working independently on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute landscaping and civil engineering projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate effectively with architects, designers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth implementation of project plans.
Oversee civil engineering tasks, including landscape development, irrigation systems, and paving works.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery while upholding quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and comprehensive progress reports.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project coordination and communication.
Ensure compliance with PEC regulations and relevant construction codes.
Resolve on-site challenges by providing practical engineering solutions.
Manage procurement in collaboration with the procurement team.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all project-related activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc Civil Engineering only; B.Tech not acceptable).
Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in landscape or civil works.
Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and quality control standards.
Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software is an added advantage.
Ability to independently manage on-site activities and lead project teams effectively.
