Horti Club is seeking a skilled PSO to CEO who possesses a strong background in AI expertise and social media content strategy. The ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge of the AI project lifecycle and is proficient in video making and editing. This role requires hands-on experience with popular social media platforms, including TikTok and Facebook, with a deep understanding of their respective advertising platforms. The candidate must have at least one year of experience working in an organizational setting and be willing to travel to other cities alongside higher management for extended periods. This position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent coordination and support skills to assist the CEO effectively.
The PSO to CEO works closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth execution of various AI-related projects and social media campaigns. The role demands expertise in operating advanced tools such as TikTok Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to drive targeted marketing initiatives. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate strong computer skills and the ability to create engaging video content tailored for platforms like TikTok reels and Facebook stories. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's digital presence and supporting strategic efforts under the CEO's guidance.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in managing AI projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Create, edit, and optimize video content for social media platforms including TikTok and Facebook to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop and implement effective social media content strategies tailored to TikTok and Facebook reels.
- Operate and manage advertising campaigns using TikTok Advertising Platform and Facebook Ads Manager to maximize reach and ROI.
- Coordinate with higher management and accompany them on travel assignments to other cities as required.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies and advancements to assist in strategic planning and project execution.
- Ensure seamless communication between the CEO and other departments or external partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, recommending improvements based on analytics.
- Leverage computer expertise to streamline administrative tasks and support CEO-level functions efficiently.
- Adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
