- Visit assigned institutional pharmacies & meeting purchase and accounts personnel on daily basis for timely recoveries.
- Co-ordinate with CSR & warehouse team for smooth dispatches.
- Communicate with institutional customers for resolving the issues.
- Co-ordinate with YMS & OPL team about business opportunities
- Attend Monthly meeting with OPL.
- Visit up-country dealers to maintain their inventory, payment follow-up & other issues.
