Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 25 employees to achieve branch objectives and maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
Develop and implement branch business strategies, operational procedures, and performance standards.
Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability and control expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Oversee daily branch operations to optimize workflow, enhance customer experience, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Use application performance monitoring tools to track operational efficiency and promptly address technical or service issues.
Coordinate staffing schedules to maintain consistent branch coverage, including flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance overall branch effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to increase branch visibility and business growth.
