Finance Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing restaurant chain management team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for key financial operations, tax compliance, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Tax Compliance & Working

Assist and actively participate in monthly tax workings, planning, and timely submissions.
Prepare and manage filings for Income Tax Withholding, Sales Tax, and Sindh Sales Tax (SST / GST).
Efficiently handle online tax portals (FBR and SRB).

2. Account Reconciliations (Daily & Monthly)

Perform daily and monthly Control Account Reconciliations for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform daily/monthly Bank Reconciliations across all operational bank accounts.
Reconcile daily Credit Card Machine / POS settlements with bank statements.
Reconcile sales, payouts, and commissions from aggregator web portals, including Food panda, INDOLJ, and other online delivery platforms.

3. Fixed Asset Management

Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
Prepare and record monthly depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting standards and company policy.
