Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors/clients at the office.
- Direct them to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery, appliances, and devices
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person or over the phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock Update calendars and schedule meetings Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other general receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing,
Skills Required:
- Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office
- Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional attitude and appearance Presentable, smart and decent
- Personality Solid written and verbal (English/Urdu) communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
Timings: 7pm to 5am
