Aeronaa.com, a dynamic global platform specializing in hotel bookings, air ticketing, Umrah, and travel packages, is seeking a motivated Hotel Partnerships & Onboarding Executive. This role is based near Comsats Abbottabad on Javed Shaheed Road. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network by establishing strong partnerships with hotels worldwide and ensuring their seamless integration into our platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-evolving travel technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with hotels globally to expand the company’s inventory.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hotel partners, ensuring all contractual and technical requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and IT to facilitate smooth integration of hotel properties onto the platform.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with hotel partners to support retention and growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership and business development.
- Provide training and support to hotel partners on using the platform effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership status, onboarding progress, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel partnerships, business development, or account management within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and booking platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using digital tools and software relevant to partnership management and onboarding processes.
- Willingness to work from the specified location near Comsats Abbottabad.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
