Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH), a 312-bed welfare hospital under development in Malir, Karachi, is preparing to open its doors in December 2026. We are currently seeking diligent and responsible housekeeping staff, both male and female, to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital premises. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hospital wards, corridors, offices, washrooms, and other designated areas.
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet the hospital’s hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Adhere strictly to Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols and safe cleaning practices.
- Handle cleaning materials and equipment responsibly and efficiently.
- Segregate and dispose of waste according to hospital procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times to support patient care and staff operations.

Required Qualifications
- Basic education is preferred, with a minimum of middle school completion.
- Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in hospital housekeeping or healthcare cleaning is considered an advantage.
- Candidates with at least one year of experience in hospital housekeeping management will be given preference.
