HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Premium Marquee Setup, a distinguished provider of high-end wedding and corporate event services, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team at DHA Phase 7, Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive salary package based on experience, along with food and tea provisions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within hotels, premium marquees, or restaurants and will be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 8-12 housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare duty rosters and plan shifts efficiently to cover all required areas.
- Maintain 100% cleanliness of the marquee, including VIP lounges, washrooms, and kitchen areas.
- Monitor cleaning chemicals, stock levels, and inventory to ensure availability and proper usage.
- Train new staff members on hygiene, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Report directly to the Marquee Manager or Operations Manager regarding housekeeping activities and issues.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel, premium marquee, or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of deep cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and hygiene standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and responsible with a professional attitude.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, especially during peak wedding seasons.
- Educational qualification of at least Matriculation or Intermediate level.
