HQ Analytics is the leading provider of HealthCare Management Services to the Solo Practitioners, Group Practices, Hospitals and other Healthcare Services Providers based in the USA.
Currently, we are looking for Client Communication Executive for one of our client based in New York, Candidate must be fluent in English (spoken, listening & writing).
Preference will be given to candidates having Call Center experience or IELTS (6.5+), whereas possessing American accent will be an add-on.

- Minimum Bachelors (14 Years)
- 01+ year's call center experience or in any other related domain
- Exceptional engagement and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to participate in overall client satisfaction.
- Client Communication (phone and email), resolving client issues, handle and escalate queries. Serve as single point of contact.
- Calling to assigned Insurances/Providers based in the USA.
- Other duties assigned by management.
