Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust is looking for a dedicated and people-focused HR & Academic Lead to manage both human resources functions and academic program operations. This role is crucial in supporting the organization’s mission to empower individuals with visual impairments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with policies, employee engagement, and the effective delivery of academic services that promote student development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations, while maintaining accurate HR records. Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs aimed at improving organizational efficiency. Oversee attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and employee documentation, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. Lead Guardian Teacher Engagement (GTE) activities, conduct student assessments, and provide counseling support to facilitate student growth. Coordinate academic scheduling, perform teacher evaluations, manage admissions, maintain student records, and supervise the issuance of certifications. Prepare regular reports for the department and ensure that organizational policies are effectively applied across both HR and academic functions.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, and/or academic operations. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR documentation and reporting tools are necessary for this role.

Experience working within NGOs, educational institutions, or social development sectors is highly valued. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 100,000. This is a full-time, in-person role based at the organization’s work location.
