Position Title: Front Desk Executive

Industry: Accountancy & Tax Services

Accountable To: Managing Partner


  • Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Should have an accounting background
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Quick Books

Primary Objective of Position

  • Client Communication over Phone Calls & with Email Correspondence
  • Handling high volume of International Calls
  • Lead Management in MS Office
  • Meeting Scheduling with Managing Partner
  • Handling all Invoicing & Billing for our Accounting & Tax Services
  • Any other tasks as needed

Office Timings: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM (06 days a week Mon-Sat)

Salary Package: Negotiable
