HR & Accounts Intern

We are seeking a dedicated HR & Accounts Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. This position operates during the night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Saturday, and is based in Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will support both HR and accounting functions, gaining hands-on experience in financial management and daily HR operations within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day payables, receivables, reconciliation, and petty cash transactions.
- Assist with recruitment activities and daily HR operations to support the team.
- Maintain accurate financial bookkeeping and record all transactions in the ERP system.
- Update financial data in ERP to ensure timely and precise availability of information.
- Process payments for bills and invoices efficiently.
- Handle pay orders, bank deposits, and online payment processing.
- Manage and document all cash dealings responsibly.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial and HR reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (B.COM, BBA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with at least 1 year of experience managing spreadsheets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate within the team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or knowledge of payroll processing is highly desirable.
