Dynamic Tooling Services (DTS), established in 2000, is a prominent supplier of CNC machine tools, cutting tools, and precision metrology solutions in Pakistan. Serving all segments of the engineering industry, DTS provides advanced manufacturing technologies, reverse engineering, technical support, and after-sales services through its offices in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and facilitating employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, manage leave requests, and organize personnel files.
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Handle HR documentation, update policies, and manage administrative HR matters efficiently.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and support training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR and administration is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues professionally.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial or commercial organization is preferred.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
