HR & Administration Intern

KGT Global is offering a full-time internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join their finance team at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This role provides practical experience in accounting, payroll, and attendance management while working alongside experienced professionals. The position requires working onsite during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and offers a monthly stipend between PKR 15,000 and 20,000. This internship is designed for individuals eager to develop a strong foundation in finance and accounting within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions.
- Help prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other related financial documents.
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Participate in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and record keeping.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, verifying data for payroll accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports as required.
- Perform any additional accounts-related tasks assigned by the finance team.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Ability to work onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location.
- Eagerness to learn and take responsibility in a professional setting.
