HR & Administration Intern

KGT Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join their finance team at the Nazimabad No. 1 office in Karachi. This full-time internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, payroll, and attendance management while working closely with seasoned professionals. The role requires working onsite during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and provides a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 15,000 to 20,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accurate data entry of financial transactions.
- Help prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other financial records.
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and record keeping.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, verifying data for payroll accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Aid in the preparation of basic financial reports.
- Perform additional accounts-related tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Ability to work onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location in Karachi.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and assume responsibility within the team.
