HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating final hiring decisions. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs. Develop innovative strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment outcomes.

HR Operations & Administration
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration as required. Prepare HR-related reports and ensure accurate documentation.

Employee Engagement & Development
Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention. Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Culture & Compliance
Champion Plutus21’s values and culture, ensuring alignment across all HR practices. Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Contribute to the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
0-2 years of experience, preferably in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
Strong personality with effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and a strong comfort level with technology.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
