HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating final hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver timely recruitment outcomes.

HR Operations & Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration as needed.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Employee Engagement & Development
- Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Culture & Compliance
- Champion Plutus21’s values and culture, ensuring alignment across all HR practices.
- Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
- Strong personality with effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and general tech-savviness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
