HR Assistant

Karma Software Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to support recruitment activities and manage daily HR operations within a dynamic software house environment. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent follow-up abilities. This role requires the capacity to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support day-to-day HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Follow up on recruitment and HR-related tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and assist in fulfilling them.
- Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment, preferably within the software or IT industry.
- Basic knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
