HR Assistant/Executive

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant/Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and possess between six months to one year of internship experience or early career exposure in HR. A solid academic foundation in HR and a clear understanding of fundamental HR functions are essential. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with excellent grammar and fluency, are mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate professionally and confidently in English. Preference will be given to applicants residing within 5 to 10 kilometers of the office or nearby areas, who can manage their daily commute independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Manage attendance records and support payroll coordination activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee handling.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management, and other administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Six months to one year of HR internship or early career experience.
- Strong understanding of basic HR processes and functions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and develop professionally.
