HR Associate

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team at Closet Stores Pvt Ltd, located on the first floor above Sage Cafe, Main Hussain Chowk, MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This role requires excellent data management skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment. The working hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM, and the position is based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee management activities, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and records, utilizing strong data management skills.
- Support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce needs and implement HR strategies effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
- Strong command of data management and HR information systems.
- Ability to work from 12 PM to 9 PM in an in-person capacity at the specified location.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Age preferably between 26 and 35 years.
