HR Executive (Female)

Digiunction is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis at their Nawab Town office in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and recruitment processes within a dynamic work environment. This role requires working evening shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience, particularly in a digital marketing agency or BPO setting, will find this opportunity well-suited to their skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Assist with payroll-related HR data collection and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Address routine employee queries and provide HR coordination support.
- Implement and support HR policies and procedures consistently.
- Collaborate with department heads to address employee-related matters effectively.

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or BPO environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and general HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
