HR Executive

About Vostro World Vostro World is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Islamabad. About the Role As an HR Executive, you'll play a central role in shaping our workforce and workplace culture, from bringing in the right talent to ensuring our HR policies are followed and our people feel supported. This is a hands-on, all-round HR role suited to someone with 2–5 years of experience who's ready to take ownership. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build job descriptions
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and improve time-to-hire
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires

Policy & Compliance

Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and consistently applied
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support internal audits and policy reviews

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support performance management processes and appraisals
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
Help resolve workplace issues fairly and in line with company policy

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in an HR role, ideally covering recruitment, compliance, and employee relations
Solid understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month Education
